1 kg. Pork Loin sliced 1/4 inch thick
175 grams sugar (preferably brown)
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp red food coloring
5 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the pork in a mixing bowl.2. Press the mixture on both side of the Pork meat make sure that it is distributed evenly.3. Pile the pork inside a container with cover and let it marinate inside the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.4. To cook, put a little water in the skillet, let it boil for a while, then fry the pork.
